Welcome to the Talkable Configurator! Here you can set talking and beeping altitudes and volumes, altitudes and threshold speeds for the hard deck alarms, altitude units (feet or metres), and the starting jump number for the logbook.
Usage
Version: 1.1
Load the existing settings from the device by choosing the “Load Values” button and selecting the “Settings.json” file in the TALKABLE USB drive. This will populate the configurator with the saved settings. Alternatively, you can populate the configurator with the default settings by choosing the "Set to Defaults" button. Once you have set your preferences, be sure to save them back to the device, by choosing the “Save Values” button and overwriting the “Settings.json” file in the TALKABLE USB drive.

Choose units for speaking/beeping heights and hard deck thresholds. Note this also affects the way altitude is announced, e.g. with units of feet, “three” indicates 3000 ft, but with units of metres, “three” indicates 3000 m.
Your total number of jumps before using Talkable. The logbook will start from one greater than this number. (This only needs to be set the first time you use Talkable, or if you reset the logbook.)
